I had flowers delivered to my friend...chose a bouqet from the website. Flowers that were delivered were not even close. While I understand some substitutions may be necessary, this was was unacceptable. In addition, the roses were starting to wilt as were the lilies (that should not have been there in the first place). I definitely will not order from Vella Nest again.
